Description

The generous interior accommodations are what has made this Silverton 28 Sedan such a popular boat. Compared with most small flybridge designs, the Silverton 28 has a notably low profile and her lines are quite agressive. Inside, the step-down floorplan is arranged on a single level, with both the galley and head aft, just inside the salon door. A lower helm is standard, and the dinette converts into a double berth in the normal fashion. This is a very practical interior and very well equipt for weekend family cruising. The cockpit is large, with plenty of room for some light-tackle fishing activities or some deck chairs. Removable hatches in the cockpit sole provide very good access to the engines and V-drives. The twin 225hp Chryslers will cruise the Silverton 28 Sedan at 21 knots and reach about 30 knots wide open.
